CONSTRUCTION

  1. CONDUCTING CORE – aluminum, single-core or multicore, round- or sector-shaped. first or second class per GOST 22483
  2. INSULATION – made of polyvinilychloride compound (PVC). Insulated cores of multicore cables have distinctive colouring. Zero core’s insulation is coloured blue. Grounding core’s insulation is coloured dichromatically (green-yellow).
  3. STRANDING – insulated cores of two-, three-, four-, and five-core cable are stranded; twocore cables have cores of identical cross-section;three-, four-, five-core cables have all cores of identical cross-section or one core of a smaller cross-section (zero core or grounding core).
  4. WRAPPING – in cables with cable armoring of BbSHv type pressed off from PVC compound or insulation material or other equivalent material; in AVBbSHng cables it is laid between the cores with the gaps filled by PVC compound, characterized by low inflammability.
  5. CABLE ARMORING – of BbSHv type is shown by:
    -armouring made of two steel galvanized strips laid one over another in the way that the upper strip spans the gaps between wraps of the lower one;
    - sheath pressed off from PVC compound.
    -from PVC compound characterized by low inflammability in AVBbSHngcables.

APPLICATION:
For transmission and distribution of power in permanent facilities intended for rated AC voltage of 0.66 kV and 1.0 kV at the frequency of 50 Hz. Single-core cables are used in direct-current voltage
For laying in the ground (trenches), premises ( buildings), canals, tunnels, mines (except for blocks), as well as outdoors, on condition that no sizeable stretching force is applied to the cable. but with the presence of mechanical damage risk in operation.
AVBbSHv cables do not spread burning at single cabling.
AVBbSHng cables do not spread burning at cabling in bunches.
